titleOfInvention | Fruit flavored sweet tea chewable tablets and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses fruit flavored sweet tea chewable tablets, comprising the following components by mass percent: 15-22% of sweet tea powder, 10-17% of fruit extract, 15-22% of xylitol, 14-21% of Maltodextrin, 9-15% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 1-5% of citric acid, 3-10% of Beta-cyclodextrin and 1-3% of magnesium stearate. The components are put into a stirring vessel to stir, then are conveyed into a tablet machine to press and mould, and are dried, sterilized and vacuum packed to obtain the fruit flavored sweet tea chewable tablets. The invention mixes sweet tea powder, fruit extract, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, xylitol and citric acid to adjust hardness and mouthfeel and uses the rubusoside, a natural sweetener contained in the sweet tea, to adjust sweet taste. The tablets have no sugar and are applicable to people preferring low calorie food. The fruit flavored sweet tea chewable tablets not only keep the natural taste and flavour of the sweet tea and fruit, but also have crunchy taste when being chewed. |
