Oxidizing enzyme is negative, hydrogenperoxidase is positive, methyl red and VP test are negative, and gelatin liquefaction is positive; the citricoccus flavus can hydrolyze starch, but not esculin, Tweens 20, 40 and 80; nitrate reduction is positive, and the citricoccus flavus can be widely applied to the production field of amylase industry.
