titleOfInvention | Method for effectively extracting indirubin from Chinese herbal medicine radix isatidis |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for effectively extracting indirubin from Chinese herbal medicine radix isatidis, which is an extracting method of supercritical CO2 fluid. The method is characterized in that 2.0-3.5 percent by volume of compound modifier is contained in the supercritical CO2 fluid, and the compound modifier is prepared by adding surfactant lecithin or Twain into ethanol with the concentration of more than or equal to 50 percent by volume, the pressure of an extraction kettle is 32-38Mpa, the temperature is 42-48 DEG C and the time is not less than 2.5 hours. The method extracts indirubin from radix isatidis with the extraction rate of 5.64-6.98 microgram/gram which is improved by 1.9-2.3 times in comparison with the prior ethanol infusion method and improved by 1.1-1.4 times in comparison with the SFE method only using an ethanol modifier. |
