titleOfInvention Extracting agent for separating beta-elemene, extracting method and extracting device thereof
abstract The invention discloses an extracting agent for separating beta-elemene, an extracting method and an extracting device thereof. The embodiment of the invention provides a beta-elemene extracting method which comprises the following steps: placing alkane organics and an alcohol organic aqueous solution with an alcohol organic volume ratio of 70-99 percent into an interrupted extracting device for mixing to obtain an extracting agent, the volume radio of the alkane organics to the alcohol organic aqueous solution is from 1:4 to 4:1; adding beta-elemene raw material into the interrupted extracting device; mixing and standing to remove water phases; adding the alcohol organic aqueous solution till the volume radio of the alkane organics to the alcohol organic aqueous solution is from 1:4 to 4:1; and repeatedly using the extracting agent which is mixed according to the radio to extract the beta-elemene raw material so as to obtain beta-elemene.
