titleOfInvention Drying belt for a condensation drying device
abstract The present invention relates to a drying belt for a condensation drying device for a web production and/or finishing machine for paper, cardboard or tissue. The belt has a base structure composed of silkiness fibers of polyethylene and/or copolyester of cyclohexanedimethanol and purified terephthalic acid (PCTA) and/or polycyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate (PCTA) and/or polycyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate (PCT) and/or polyether ether ketone (PEEK) and/or polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and/or polyamide (PA) with a high temperature resistance for providing a dimensional stability principally, and a nonwoven fabric layer arranged above the base structure for providing a water-absorbing capacity for the drying belt, the nonwoven fabric layer providing a contact side of the drying belt with material amplitude on its external side facing to the base structure, wherein the nonwoven fabric layer includes at least a first polymeric material located in the external side region, and is compressed by calendering at a melting point above the first polymeric material and the surface is polished in the external side region for providing the contact side of the material amplitude.
