abstract | The invention provides a method for producing detoxified almond oil, which uses a bitter almond as a raw material. The method comprises: a shell breaking step, in which, a shell of a bitter almond seed is broken, and a bitter almond is separated; a cold pressing step, in which, the bitter almond is subjected to cold pressing under a condition of room temperature to obtain bitter almond fatty oil and degreased bitter almond; and an extracting step, in which, the bitter almond fatty oil is put into a vessel with 4 to 8 times of water by weight to be mixed into paste, and oil phase and water phase are centrifugalized; and the separated oil phase is extracted for 2 to 5 times by 4 to 8 times of water by weight, and the finally separated oil phase is the detoxified almond oil. In the detoxified almond oil produced by the method for producing the detoxified almond oil, residual cyanide is below 0.2 mg/kg. Compared with International Standards for Drinking Water of the World Health Organization in 1963, which suggests that the maximum allowable concentration of the cyanide of the drinking water based on health is 0.2 mg/kg, the detoxified almond oil produced by the method reaches the standard regulated by the International Standards for Drinking water, and is healthy and natural almond fatty oil. |
