titleOfInvention | Fiber glass reinforced plastic pipe thread sealing grease and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) pipe thread sealing grease, which consists of a component A and a component B. The component A is prepared through the steps of mixing JLY-121 polysulfide rubber and JLY-124 polysulfide rubber well, adding sulfur powder, stirring evenly, adding calcium carbonate powder, stirring evenly, adding polyfluortetraethylene powder, and continuously stirring for 30 to 150 minutes at a temperature between 20 and 30 DEG C. The component B is prepared through the steps of mixing and evenly stirring active manganese dioxide, dibutyl phthalate, DMP-30 and graphite powder at a temperature between 20 and 30 DEG C and then grinding the mixture to be paste. Mixtures A and B are mixed pro rata at a temperature higher than or equal to 16 DEG C so as to obtain the FRP pipe thread sealing grease solving the problem of the on-site construction of sealing FRP pipes. The sealing grease has the advantages of good pressure resistance, high sealing strength, simple convenient on-site connection operation to ensure timely production, fast curing and capability of being in contact with water after the sealing grease is completely cured. |
