titleOfInvention Polyolefin wood-plastic composite with low rate of water absorption
abstract The invention provides a polyolefin wood-plastic composite with low rate of water absorption, which is prepared by main raw materials including modified plant fiber and modified plastic; by the modification of the plant fiber and the plastic, the invention can prepare wood-plastic composite with rate of water absorption that is much lower than that of normal wood-plastic composite, contributing to preventing mildew, decay and water-absorbing deformation of the wood-plastic composite and improving freezing and fusion resistance thereof; drying oil has excellent antiseptic and mildew-proof resistance and can prominently ameliorate the freezing and fusion resistance of the wood-plastic composite after being absorbed by the plant fiber; on account of the modification of the plant fiber and the plastic, the obtained wood-plastic composite has mechanical strength that is uncommonly higher than general wood-plastic composite, and has the advantages of low rate of water absorption, high content of plant fiber powder, good artificial effect of appearance, high strength, low cost and the like.
