titleOfInvention Method for transforming oxygenates into propylene
abstract This invention discloses a method for transforming oxygenates into propylene, including steps as follows: (1) introducing mixed oxygenates, ethylene and diluent into a first reaction region to contact and react with catalyst so as to prepare a first flow of solution, separating the solution to prepare propylene and C5+ component, and circulating residual product to the first reaction region for subsequent reaction; (2) directly introducing part of the C5+ component to a second reaction region, introducing the remained part to the second reaction region after extracting aromatic hydrocarbon from the same, making the C5+ component contact and react with catalyst in the second reaction region, preparing a second flow of solution and mixing the second flow of solution with the first flow of solution; (3) making the catalyst in the step (2) contact and react with the C5+ component, performing preliminary carbon deposition, introducing the processed mixture into the first reaction region, after preliminary carbon deposition, introducing the product to the first reaction region for further carbon deposition, after regeneration, transferring the product to the second reaction region to react with the C5+ component. The method of this invention extracts subsidiary product of aromatic hydrocarbon high in economic benefits during preparation of propylene, optimizes process, and achieves relatively higher utilization rate of reaction heat and subsidiary product of water.
