abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a filtering medium for removing metallic lead in water, which comprises the following steps: (a) mixing raw materials containing ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, activated carbon and attapulgite powder, wherein the weight ratio of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, the activated carbon and the attapulgite powder is 100-300: 50-100:100-350; and (b) pressing, sintering and cooling the mixture obtained in the step (a). Compared with the prior art, by utilizing the strong adsorption capability and displacing power of ions of the three materials, the technical scheme provided by the invention can efficiently remove metallic lead in water and has over 95 percent of removal so as to achieve the purpose of water quality improvement; and in addition, the invention has simple method and low cost. |
