abstract | The invention relates to an extraction preparation method for a bioactive ingredient in a Chinese medicament, in particular to a method for preparing an effective ingredient with antitussive effect, namely 4-Hydroxybenzyl cyanide. The method comprises the following steps that: brassica alba boiss is taken as a raw material and is fried before extraction, which greatly improves the yield of the 4-Hydroxybenzyl cyanide; simple methods such as the extraction and recrystallization are adopted to prepare the high-purity 4-Hydroxybenzyl cyanide; and an effective dose of the 4-Hydroxybenzyl cyanide and a pharmaceutical carrier are mixed to be prepared into a proper dosage form, namely an antitussive medicament can be prepared. The raw material of the method is pure natural plant seeds, and is safe and easy to obtain; and the method is simple and easy to operate, does not introduce toxic substances, has low cost, and has important significance on the research and development of the antitussive medicament. |
