abstract | The invention discloses a novel synthetic method of alkyl formamine villaumite which is shown by a structural form (IV). The novel synthetic method comprises the following steps: using formamine shown by a structural form (I) as the raw material, making the formamine perform the quaterisation with alkylogen RX, and separating and obtaining alkyl formamine halogen of an intermediate product shown by a structural form (II); making alkyl formamine halogen perform the ion exchange with alkali again, and separating and obtaining alkyl formamine quaternary ammonium hydroxide of an intermediate product shown by a structural form (III); at last, making the alkyl formamine quaternary ammonium hydroxide perform acid-base neutralization with hydrofluoric acid to obtain the alkyl formamine villaumite of the final product. Compared with the prior art, the novel synthetic method of alkyl formamine villaumite has cheap and easy-obtaining raw material, gentle reaction condition, simple process, easy operation and higher product yield, is an environmental-friendly analysis method, and is suitable to the commercial process. |
