abstract | It is intended to provide a method of measuring anticoagulation and a reagent for measuring anticoagulation whereby a ligand in a sample can be measured at a high sensitivity over a broad range covering from a low concentration area to a high concentration area while simultaneously achieving a high reproducibility. Namely, a method of measuring anticoagulation and a reagent for measuring anticoagulation wherein use is made of insoluble carrier particles carrying a ligand thereon and a specific receptor in a free state together with insoluble carrier particles carrying a specific receptor which is different in binding site on the ligand from the receptor in a free state as described above. |
