abstract The invention discloses O,O-dialkyl-O-(substituent-alpha-cyanobenzalamino)phosphate and thiophosphate thereof. A structure of the compound is shown as formula (I), wherein, Z is O or S; R is CH2CH3 or CH(CH3)2; when R is the CH2CH3, Z is S; when R is CH(CH3)2, Z is O; and R1, R2 and R3 are not H at the same time; R1 is H, F or Br; R2 is H, Br or CF3; and when R is CH2CH3, R2 is not CF3; R3 is H, CH3, OCH3, F, Cl or Br; and when R1 is H, R3 is not F; when R is CH2CH3, R3 is not OCH3; when R is Cl, R1 and R2 are not H at the same time. The compound shows excellent killing effect on Oncomelania hupensis which is an intermediate host of Japanese blood fluke.
