titleOfInvention Preparation method of injector using tween-80 as solubilizer
abstract The invention provides a method for preparing an injection. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a purified human body accepted liquid medicine for injection with refined Tween-80, and adding water for injection into the mixture until final concentration of the Tween-80 is between 1 and 5 gram/liter so as to obtain the injection. The method for refining the Tween-80 comprises the following steps: taking the Tween-80 to be added with the water for injection to prepare a solution with mass concentration of between 10 and 30 percent; and keeping slight boiling for 5 to 10 minutes after the solution is boiled, cooling the solution to be between 70 and 80 DEG C, adding 1 to 5 gram/liter activated carbon into the solution, stirring the solution to be cooled at a temperature of between 50 and 60 DEG C, and filtering the solution to obtain a refined Tween-80 aqueous solution. The method has the advantages that, according to the refining method, compared with the Tween-80 not refined, the refined Tween-80 has obviously reduced toxicity, and greatly improved safety coefficient of the Tween-80. Injection, in particular intravenous injection, prepared by the refined Tween-80 can reduce rate of adverse reaction after clinical application, and improve the safety of clinical medication.
