The compound has the structure of formula I, wherein pentopyranosyl represents unsubstituted or substituted 5-thio-β-D-xylopyranosyl; R', R" and R'" each independently represent A hydrogen atom or a C 2 -C 6 acyl group, or two adjacent ones form a 1-methylethylene bridge; X 1 and X 2 each represent a carbon or nitrogen atom; Y 1 and Y 2 each independently represent carbon, nitrogen, sulfur or oxygen atom, provided that if Y2 represents an oxygen or sulfur atom, then Y1 represents a carbon or nitrogen atom; R1 , R2 , R3 , R4 and R5 independently of each other represent a hydrogen atom , R 6 is a -COOR 6 group of a hydrogen atom or a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group, a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group optionally substituted with a phenyl ring, a halogen atom or a -COOR 6 group, C 1 -C 4 alkoxy, C 2 -C 6 acyl, benzoyl or phenyl ring; addition salts of compounds with formula I and active metabolites of compounds with formula I.
