A wet urethane resin for high-hydrolysis-resistance soft leather formed by polymerizing isocyanate and polyalcohol mixture in the presence of a chain extender, wherein the polyalcohol mixture contains polyester polyalcohol accounting for 0-60% of the total weight of the polyalcohol mixture, polyether polyalcohol accounting for 0-60% and polycarbonate polyalcohol accounting for 0-40%; and, the mol ratio of the polyalcohol mixture to chain extender is 1:0.6 to 1:7 and the mol ratio of isocyanate group to hydroxyl is 0.8:1 to 1.1:1. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pre-polymerizing the polyalcohol mixture and a proper amount of isocyanate; and then adding an auxiliary agent and the chain extender to continuously complete the reaction. The synthetic leather prepared from the urethane resin has the advantages of smooth surface, soft touch, strong real leather feeling and relatively high hydrolysis resistance. |
