abstract The present invention relates to polymers comprising repeating units of the formula and their use as organic semiconductors in organic devices, especially in diodes, organic field effect transistors and/or solar cells, or in diodes and/or organic field effect transistors and/or solar cells containing applications in battery devices. The polymers according to the present invention are excellent in solubility in organic solvents and have excellent film-forming properties. Furthermore, when the polymers according to the invention are used in semiconductor devices or organic photovoltaic (PV) devices (solar cells), efficient energy conversion, excellent field-effect mobility, good on/off current ratios are observed and/or excellent stability.
