titleOfInvention Preparation and use of ruthenium and iridium metal complex singlet oxygen fluorescent probe
abstract The present invention discloses the preparation and use of ruthenium and iridium complex singlet oxygen fluorescent probe. The complexes use transition metal ruthenium or iridium as central ions, anthracene derivatives as ligands and undergo greater changes in fluorescence performance before and after the reaction with singlet oxygen in a solution. According to the changes of a fluorescence signal of the complexes, detection of the singlet oxygen in the solution can be realized. When used in the detection the singlet oxygen, the complexes have the advantages of visible light excitation, good selectivity, high flexibility, simple detection means, etc. The complexes are suitable for detection of the singlet oxygen in a neutral or alkaline system.
