A pharmaceutical granule whose shape is spherical or spherical like with bulk density of 0.6-1.3 g/ml and disintegration time of 0.5-5 minutes, which is prepared as follows: mother granules are filled into fluid bed as bed charge; an active pharmaceutical ingredient is prepared in suspension or solution whose viscosity is adjusted to 6.0-9.8 Mpa.S with viscosity modifier; then it is sprayed as slurry onto the surface of said mother granules to obtain final granule. |
