abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing a polyimide/silver composite film with reflectivity and electric conductivity. The method comprises the following steps: soaking a polyimide film finished product into a strong base solution, hydrolyzing a surface imide bond to generate polyamide acid radical, then soaking the polyamide acid radical into a soluble silver salt, diffusing and soaking silver ions into an etching layer to be combined with the amic acid radical to prepare a silver salt compound of polyamide acid, and finally soaking the silver salt compound of the polyamide acid into an alkali organic solution containing aldehyde group to reduce the silver ions in the etching layer and gather the silver ions on the surface so as to prepare the double-face polyimide/silver composite film with high reflectivity and high electric conductivity. The method has the advantages of good adhesive property of the film, metallic luster, excellent double-face reflectivity and electric conductivity, can be prepared at room temperature, and is nontoxic, pollution-free, easy to industrialize and the like. |
