abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and relates to thiazole-[3, 2-a]-pyrimidine derivatives and application thereof. A structural general formula is as right: the thiazole-[3, 2-a]-pyrimidine derivatives and salts added by pharmaceutically applicable acid of the compounds are used as acetylcholine esterase inhibitors, wherein R1 can be optionally substituted by one or two alkyls independently selected from C1 to C6, alkoxyl of C1 to C6, aminoalkoxyl optionally substituted by C1 to C10, substituted or non-substituted amino formoxyl alkoxyl, hydroxyl and substituted group of halogen; R2 is independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl of C1 to C6, phenyl substituted by aminoalkoxyl optionally substituted by C1 to C10, phenyl substituted by substituted or non-substituted amino formoxyl alkoxyl, and phenyl substituted by hydroxyl; and R3 is independently selected from methyl or oxethyl. The derivatives are used for enhancing memory of patients suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's diseases. |
