abstract The invention provides a method for preparing [ 18 F]FACBC, which can reduce the amount of impurities produced. Disclosed is a preparation method for radioactive fluorine-labeled organic compounds, the method comprising: retaining the compound represented by the following formula (1) in a reversed-phase column, filling the column with an alkaline solution, deesterifying the above-mentioned compound, and then removing the compound from the column The alkali solution is discharged in the middle, thus obtain the deesterification step of the compound represented by the following formula (2), (wherein, R 1 is a linear or branched C 1 -C 10 alkyl chain or an aromatic substituent, and R 2 is a protecting group); (wherein, X is sodium or potassium); and, a step of deprotecting the amino protecting group of the compound obtained in the deesterification step to obtain a compound represented by the following formula (3).
