abstract The invention discloses a production process for enriched oil with conjugated linoleic acid. The salicornia bigelovii torr is roasted after cleaning and germ flattening, and then is pressed, extracted and refined to obtain the enriched oil, and the obtained enriched oil is carried out by a conjugate transformation process to obtain the enriched oil with high content of conjugated linoleic acid, and the enriched oil is packed into product after refining. The roasting process is as follows: the roasting is carried out for 15 min to 25 min at a temperature of 110 DEG C to 130 DEG C; and the liquid caustic soda with 10 baume degree to 20 baume degree and with low concentration is adopted during the refining process, and the conjugative reaction is carried out by taking the alkali as the catalyst at the temperature of 80 DEG C to 200 DEG C by the conjugate transformation process. The salicornia seed oil produced by adopting the production process can reach above 95 percent of production yield.
