titleOfInvention | Reagents and methods for detecting neisseria gonorrhoeae |
abstract | The invention relates to a reagent and a method applied to detection of neisseria gonorrhoeae of a sample. The method comprises (a) enabling nucleic acid from the sample and/ or one or a plurality of amplicons to contact with at least a first nuclear acid primer pair in at least one nuclear acid amplification reaction; the nuclear acid primer comprises at least one selected from following nuclear acids: SEQ ID NOS: 37-60; a variant basically identical to SEQ ID NOS: 37-60, wherein, one of the variant and SEQ ID NOS: 37-60 has at least 90 percent of sequence identity; and a complementary sequence of SEQ ID NOS: 37-60 and the variant thereof. The invention also relates to a relevant reaction mixture therewith, a kit, a system, and a computer. |
