The invention relates to a release agent for the production of a permanent, firmly adhering separating layer on a substrate, comprising a suspension of solid particles, wherein the solid particles comprise 67-95 wt.-% silicon nitride and 5-33 wt.-% of an SiO2-based high temperature binder, wherein the SiO2-based high temperature binder is derived from SiO2 precursors and pretreated by temperature treatment in a temperature range from 300-1300 DEG C. The invention further relates to molded bodies made of a substrate having a permanent, firmly adhering separating layer and to a method for the production thereof. The molded bodies according to the invention are suitable for being used in the field of corrosive non-ferrous metal melts. |
