The invention relates to the synthesis of a Beta-aldehydes and ketones compound of formula one and the application of such compounds to antibiotics. The results of in vitro antibacterial activity test reaveal that synthesized Beta-aldehydes and ketones and the derivatives have relatively strong antibacterial activity for staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923, escherichia coli ATCC 25922, pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 and helicobacter pylori, and can be used for preparing antibiotics. The chemical structural formula of the Beta-aldehydes and ketones and the derivatives is as the following formula, wherein, R1, R2, R3, R4, and n is as defined in an instruction. |
