titleOfInvention | Method for preparing biological lubricant oil from raw material Idesia polycarpa oil |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing bio-lubricating oil by Idesia Polycarpa Maxim.Var.Vestita Diels oil, which comprises the steps as follows: obtaining fatty acid ester from the Idesia Polycarpa Maxim.Var.Vestita Diels oil by transesterification; then obtaining epoxidation fatty acid ester by epoxidation; utilizing saturated acid to carry out ring-opening reaction to obtain the fatty acid ester with hydroxyl and branched chains; finally adding low carbonic anhydrase for further esterification so as to prepare the high-performance lubricating oil. With wide range of raw oils and low cost, without occupying the farmland, the method can avoid the shortcomings of occupying cultivated land resources of other raw materials and has considerable economic especially social benefits. Getting rid of the influences of the secondary hydroxyl and double bond, the bio-lubricating oil prepared by the invention greatly improves the oxidation resistance, reduces the pour point, improves the low-temperature flow property and has longer service life. With simple technique, lower demand on the equipment, low production cost and strong competitiveness in the market, the method is suitable for enterprises of different scales. |
