Water-insoluble nano-silver antibiotic composition and preparation thereof, master batch containing the composition and preparation thereof |
abstract |
The invention relates to a water insoluble nano silver antibacterial compound. According to weight percentage, the water insoluble nano silver antibacterial compound comprises 1 to 90 percent of water-insoluble reducer; 0.1 to 50 percent of dispersant; 1 to 20 percent of silver compound; and 0 to 70 percent of inorganic power fittings as well as 0 to 80 percent of thermoplastic forming resin. The invention also relates to a nano silver antibacterial master batch which comprises the water insoluble nano silver antibacterial compound and preparation methods of the water insoluble nano silver antibacterial compound and the nano silver antibacterial master batch. The nano silver antibacterial compound and the nano silver antibacterial master batch adopt the water-insoluble components which play the roles of the reducer, a solvent, the dispersant and a compatibilizer simultaneously; the nano silver compound suitable to the antibacterial master batch is formed by thermal reducing and then the antibacterial master batch is further prepared. The preparation technique of the nano silver antibacterial master batch is simple; and the obtained plastic product has excellent antibacterial performances. |
