abstract |
The invention relates to a method for producing intercalated nanocomposites from organic materials with laminar structures. The inventive method is characterised in that it comprises the following steps consisting in: reducing the size of the laminar particles and purifying same, pre-treating the natural and/or synthetic structures using precursors, intercalating modifiers into the laminar structure, adding the product resulting from the previous step in liquid form during the processing of a plastic matrix and/or precipitating the product resulting from the previous step in order to obtain a masterbatch, and incorporating the masterbatch into a plastic matrix using any plastic processing means. |
