titleOfInvention | High-potency sweetener composition with an anti-inflammatory agent and compositions sweetened therewith |
abstract | The present invention provides a high-efficiency sweetener composition comprising phytosterin and composition sweetened by the sweetener composition. The invention mainly relates to a functional sweetener composition comprising non-caloric or low-caloric natural and/or synthetic high-efficiency sweetener, preparation and using method thereof. The invention relates to different functional sweetener compositions which comprise at least one non-caloric or low-caloric natural and/or synthetic high-efficiency sweetener, at least one sweet taste improved composition and at least one functional component such as phytosterin, plant stanol alcohol, plant stanol ester, or the combination. The present invention also relates to the functional sweetener composition and a method for improving the taste of the high-efficiency sweetener through endowing the taste or characteristic more similar to sugar to the non-caloric or low-caloric high-efficiency sweetener. More specially the functional sweetener composition and method can provide temporal profile more similar to sugar, comprise the initiation and continuance of sweet taste, and/or flavor profile more similar to sugar. |
