titleOfInvention | Isatis root and astragalus microspheres for injections and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a radix isatidis and radix astragali microsphere for injection and a preparation method thereof; the radix isatidis and radix astragali microsphere for injection consists of 5-65% of Chinese medicinal material extracts which are taken as active ingredients and 35-90 % of biodegradable medicinal high-molecular excipients which have microsphere weight and molecular weight ranging from 4,000 to 9,000,000 by weight percentage, wherein, the weight percentage of medicinal materials is as follows: 15%-50% of radix isatidis, 8%-20% of liquorice, 12%-40 % of hypericum perforatum and 15%-50% of radix astragali. The medicines are prepared into microspheres by the emulsion and dispersion method. The invention has the advantages of: (1) developing a new medicine for preventing and treating poultry viral diseases and improving disease resistance of the body for clinical application; (2) reasonable prescription and strong antiviral ability; (3) advanced technique, stable preparation and long storage time; (4) broad medicine sources, no toxic and side effect, little drug resistance generated and meeting the international sanitary inspection requirements. Especially, the radix isatidis and radix astragali microsphere for injection has significant effect on the treatment of poultry infectious bursal disease, untypical Newcastle disease, infective bronchitis, etc. |
