abstract |
The invention mainly provides a novel macrolide compound FW-04-806 containing a double-oxazole ring. The macrolide compound FW-04-806 having the double-oxazole ring with anti-tumor activity is extracted, separated and obtained from streptomyces FIM-04-806 fermentation liquid, which provides a natural medicine chemical research foundation and a lead compound for researching and developing novel anti-tumor medicines. In vitro anti-tumor experiments show that: the minimum half inhibition concentration IC50 of the FW-04-806 to K560 cells (human chronic myeloid leukemia blastic cell lines) is 12.36 ug/ml. |
