The 2-benzyloxy-3-ethide-4-methyl-5-chlorin-6-[(tetrahydrophthalic anhydride -2H-pyrrole-2-oxyl)methyl] phenol prepared by the invention is used for synthesizing dibenzo dioxide octanone compounds and has the effects of improving the synthetic ratio and reducing the synthesizing cost.
