Tang syndrome detection, analytical method and preparation method of chip used in detection |
abstract |
The invention relates to an application of a one-step detection method in the detection and analysis method of Down syndrome, and a preparation method for a chip used in the detection. The method is as follows: a to-be-detected specimen is mixed with enzyme conjugate, and then the mixture is reacted with the alpha-fetoprotein antibody and the chorionic-gonadotropin hormone antibody on a detection chip; moreover, the method for detecting Down syndrome realizes display reaction through adding horseradish peroxidase catalytic substrate, and carries out data collection and analysis of the reaction result of the chip through a chip reading device. Compared with the prior detection method, the method avoids continuous and repeated detection of each index in the blood serum of a pregnant woman and can complete the detection of a plurality of indexes at one time; therefore, the method greatly shortens the time for examination and analysis and increases the efficiency of clinic examination while ensuring the accuracy of detection. |
