The invention extracts the blackberry pigment form the blackberries fruit, the blackberry pigment is made into the condensed blackberry juice or the blackberry pigment powder, which effectively solves the disadvantages that the blackberry has juicy fruit and short maturation period and is not easy for storing; the invention reserves the nutritive value of the blackberry and can be applied to the raw material of health products or food additives. |
