titleOfInvention Pollution-free plant source pesticide rotenone emulsifiable solution formulation and method of preparing the same
abstract Elliptone is a nuisanceless plant source agricultural chemical. The invention relates to the pesticide preparation field, and the pesticide preparation method is that elliptone insect-killing component is extracted from a plurality of plants and is confected into the pesticide preparation of an elliptone oil preparation or an elliptone emulsion oil preparation containing the elliptone. The technology of the invention is that the roots, the stems or the leaves of plants containing elliptone compounds are dried in the shade and crushed to extract a raw medicine (liquid, solid or crystal) of the elliptone; one kind or a plurality of kinds of benzene, dimethylbenzene, chloroform, acetone, ethanol, terebinth, dimethyl formamide (DMF), cyclohexanone and dimethyl formamide (DMF) is taken as solvent to dissolve the elliptone (liquid, solid or crystal); a proportion combination of antioxidant, anti-age inhibitor and light stabilizer is added to obtain an elliptone plant oil preparation; then the elliptone plant oil preparation and emulsifier are complemented to 100 percent by one kind or a plurality of kinds of the benzene, the dimethylbenzene, the chloroform, the acetone, the ethanol, the terebinth, the cyclohexanone and the dimethyl formamide (DMF) and then put into a confecting kettle for completely stirring to obtain the single preparation of a insect-killing emulsion containing the elliptone, and a finished product is obtained after bulking and packing. The pesticide of the invention adopts an advanced, simple and reasonable mixing and confecting technology, thus having the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, the good stability of the product, fast insect-killing effect, wide application range, and being safe and environmental protection during producing and using process, which is a very ideal green agricultural chemical.
