abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a phenothiazine dye modified magnetic particle. The preparation method comprises that the magnetic particle is suspended in a polar solvent, added with phenothiazine dye and auxiliary reagents, and after reaction for 6 to 12 hours at room temperature, a magnetic separation is carried out, the solids are washed by using 95 percent ethanol, thus obtaining the phenothiazine dye modified magnetic particle. The preparation method has the advantages of simple production and manufacture, low cost, non-toxic side effects and simple and convenient use.
