abstract | The invention relates to water-soluble vacuum deposition coating. The formula of the invention comprises the raw materials (weight percent): vegetable oil and fatty acid thereof 10-20, polylol 2-10, phenolic resin 4-10, estolide 5-15, acrylic acid 4-8, modified chlorinated polyolefine 0-2, isocyanate 2-5, latent solvent 4-8, appropriate neutralizing agent and water 50-60, which undergo alcoholysis, polycondensation, addition, urethanation, latent solvent addition, pH value regulation and dissolution by adding water to produce the coating. The invention can be used for surface coating of vacuum deposition of products such as plastic, metal, ceramic, glass, unsaturated resin, wax, and paper and so on. The coating has the remarkable characteristic that the coating takes water as the solvent, which, during the preparation or the construction, saves a large amount of petroleum resource-petroleum solvent, also has no toxicity and odor, is not easy to burn and cause the hazard of fire accidents and human poisoning, and belongs to the environmental protection product. |
