The invention discloses a formula (I) compound 6-chloro-3-(2-ethoxyl)-quinoline-2-ketone, a drug combination which contains the formula (I) compound, is used to treat hepatitis B and consists of 6-chloro-3-(2-ethoxyl)-4-phenylchinoline-2-ketone or 6-chloro-3-(2-ethoxyl)-4-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-quinoline-2-ketone or 6-chloro-3-(2-ethoxyl)-4-(2-chloro-phenyl)-quinoline-2-ketone and a pharmaceuticallyaccepted carrier, preparation methods for the three drug compounds, and applications thereof in the preparation of anti-hepatitis B inhibitor drugs and drugs for treating hepatitis B. |
