abstract |
The objective of the invention is to improve proton conductibility, fuel impermeability and oxidative resistance of a polymer electrolyte film, especially an electrolyte film radiating, inducing, grafting and polymerizing styrene monomers on polymer substrates. The invention relates to a polymer electrolyte film used in fuel cells and a producing method thereof. The polymer electrolyte film is produced by selectively transforming the hydrogen atom on the carbon atom adjacent to a ketone group or a carboxy on the grafted chain to a sulfonic group after branching acrylic acid derivative monomers or vinyl one derivative monomers on the polymer substrates. |
