abstract The present invention discloses a polypyrrole combined super capacitor which belongs to the technique filed of the capacitor manufacturing and is applied in the high power and the preparing method thereof. The structure of the combined super capacitor comprises a cylindrical and button type capacitor structure. The combine super capacitor is formed by sealing the polypyrrole, nonaqueous electrode and active carbon cathode in the aluminum or stainless steel casing, and the capacitor has the characters of large energy storing density, high discharging power and the like. The polypyrrole anode is prepared using the method of oxidizing and polymerizing the pyrrole with FeCl3, wherein the carbon nano-tube or acetylene black with right amount is doped as additive. The active carbon cathode takes the activate carbon or active carbon fiber as raw material and adopts the aluminum foil as substrate. The cathode and anode are continuous strip cathode and continuous cathode which are prepared through the process flows of weighting, mixing, and coating and rolling. The ammonium tetrafluoroborate nonaqueous solution is taken as the electrolyte. The operating voltage of the capacitor can up to 4.8V. The energy storing density can up to 40Wh/kg, and the application of the invention is abroad.
