abstract The invention relates to chewing gum containing tobacco component, which consists of chewing gum base stock comprising gum base stock, xylitol, emulsifier and flavoring agent, and is characterized in that: 1-15 percent of tobacco composition or 0.001-2 percent of edible nicotine is added in the chewing gum base stock, wherein, the composition comprises the following raw materials: 0.1-1 percent of nicotine or/and 10-30 percent of tobacco extractives, 5-15 percent of tobacco flavor components, 10-20 percent of edible immersed ointment, 5-10 percent of edible essential oil and 30-60 percent of edible solvent. By inhaling the novel tobacco product without fume to obtain gratification equal to take in cigarette, the chewing gum can not only meet the demand of people consuming the tobacco, but also reduce harms to the health by smoking as well as the harms to the environment and the possibility that nonsmokers subject to environmental tobacco smoking, thus providing a novel environment-friendly tobacco product with much more security. The chewing gum containing tobacco component of the invention has reasonable preparation, convenient application, easy manufacture, sanitation and security, and organically combines the tobacco components with carriers of the chewing gum.
