titleOfInvention Saccharomyces cerevisiae CGMCC No.2266 and its application in preparation of (S)-(-)- beta-hydroxyphenyl propionic acid ethyl
abstract The invention provides a new microbial strain of vintage yeast CGMCC No.2266 and the application thereof in preparing (S)-(-)-beta-hydroxyphenyl ethyl propionate by microbial transformation. The vintage yeast CGMCC No.2266 is preserved in the China center of General Microbial Culture Collection, and the storage number is CGMCC No.2266, the storage date is 26 November 2007. The invention provides a new bacterial strain for biologically transforming beta-hydroxyphenyl ethyl propionate into (S)-(-)-beta-hydroxyphenyl ethyl propionate. The excess value of the (S)-(-)-beta-hydroxyphenyl ethyl propionate which is produced by the method of the invention on the enantiomer is more than 99.0 percent, the Mol transformation rate of the base material can reach 92.2 percent, the purity of the product can reach 99.8 percent, the Extraction yield of silica gel column chromatography product is 95.6 percent, and the fixed cell particles can be recycled for ten times.
