titleOfInvention Method for measuring myprozine content in milk and its products
abstract The invention relates to a method for determining the content of natamycin in milk and milk products by using a high performance liquid chromatograph, namely, adding methanol and water (9 plus 1) into a sample to be determined, fully stirring and extracting, carrying out high speed freeze centrifugation for the settlement of protein after weighing, then filtering and purifying to acquire a sample liquid; weighing a standard natamycin product, dissolving the standard natamycin product by the methanol and being used as a mass concentration reserving solution which is then further diluted by the methanol to be a standard using solution with concentration grads; utilizing the high performance liquid chromatograph for detecting a sample treating liquid then a result can be worked out. By adopting the method of the invention for detecting the content of the natamycin in milk, the method is fast and effective with a relative mean deviation less than 5.0 percent. Therefore, the method of the invention provides a reliable and easily realized method for detecting the content of the natamycin in milk and the milk products and can meet the demands in research and production.
