titleOfInvention | 1-[2',3'-dideoxy-3'C-(hydroxymethyl)-beta-D-erythro-pentofuranosyl] cytosine derivatives as HIV inhibitors |
abstract | The invention relates to a compound of formula (I) and a salt acceptable by pharmacy, with the utility of curing or preventing HIV, in particular reverse transcriptase mutants which allow an obligate chain terminating nucleoside-or nucleotide phosphate to be excised from the nascent DNA strand by ATP-or pyrophosphate-mediated excision. Wherein, R<1> is independently H1-OR<3>, NHR<4> and C1-C4 alkyl; or, when n is 2, the adjacent R<1> together forms alkyl and R<2> is H; or when gem R<1> is C1-C4 alkyl, R<2> can also be C1-C4 alkyl; or when gem R<1>is -OR<3>, R<2> can also be -C(=O)OH or the acceptable ester in pharmacy; R<3> is dependently H or the acceptable ester in pharmacy; R<4> is dependently H or the acceptable acid amide acceptable in pharmacy; R<5> and R<6> are H or the medicine part before amine; n is 1, 2 and 3. |
