titleOfInvention Method of preparing field-emissive cathode
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of field emission cathode. The method comprises the following steps: a substrate is provided; a conductive film layer is formed on the surface of the substrate; a light absorbing layer is formed on the conductive film layer; a catalyser layer is formed on the light absorbing layer; gas mixture provided with carbon source gas and carrier gas flows through the surface of the catalyser layer; and the substrate is focalized and irradiated through laser beam to grow a carbon nanometer tube array; therefore the field emission cathode is formed.
