titleOfInvention Method for measuring effective boron content in soil by microwave abstracting plasma body mass spectroscopy
abstract The invention relates to a method of testing the effective boron content by microwave extracting plasma-mass spectrometer, which makes the sample for testing in a microwave extracting pot for adding pure water. The mixing is controlled under the temperature from 80 to 120 DEG.C, and extracts for 5 to 30 minutes. Then makes the internal dissolved matter displace and keeps constant volume into a plastic bottle. After deposits naturally or centrifuges, takes supernatant fluid and uses plasma-mass spectrometer to test the content of effective boron. The testing method in the invention has the relative standard deviation (RSD) as 2.66 percent, recycling ratio as 92 percent, the detection limit of the method is 1.13ng.g<-1>, which has superhigh accuracy and reproducibility. The invention solves the problem which has perplexed the analyzing personnel to measuring effective boron in soil, which is also the important supplement of the existing state standard GB12298-90 and is suitable for testing effective boron in various soil.
