abstract | The invention relates to a method of catalytic preparation for an aromatic nitrile or a miscellaneous nitrile, which can be substituted optionally and has a general formula of AR-CN(I),through causing a corresponding aryl halide which has the general formula of Ar-X(II) to react. Wherein, X is chlorine , or bromine, or iodine, or trifluoroacetic acid ester, or pre-fluorinated acid ester-butyl or sulfonate, or A acid ester, Ar is an aryl or a miscellaneous aryl which can be substituted optionally. The invention is characterized in that the reaction is carried out in the existence of the following materials: a palladium compound whose general formula is a (III) or (IV) phosphine, wherein R is an alkyl, R', R''and R''' are respectively an alkyl, an aryl and a miscellaneous aryl, and A is an alkylidene or an arylidene; a potassium hexacyanoferrate (II) trihydrate or a potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) and an alkali can be optionally added in the dissolvent. The method of the invention has alarger substrate range, the aryl halide and a miscellaneous aryl-halogen can react effectively, thus is easy to use and is more economical in the technical grade. |
