titleOfInvention | Animal model for the human immune system as well as preparing method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for constituting an exercisable adaptive human immune system in nonhuman mammals. The system in accordance with the present invention is characterized by the following steps: a) human stem cells with hematopoiesis potentials are transplanted into nonhuman mammals, and b) a cell culture supernate of human cell lines, cells and/or tissue culture substances is used to modulate nonhuman mammals, and optionally c) supporting cells without independent hematopoiesis potentials are adopted. An animal model constituted in the way comprises immunocompetence cells of humans with a hematopoietic system, wherein the cells especially comprise T and B cells, mononuclear cells, dendritic cells, NK cells, granular leukocytes and CD34<> stem cells. The reactivity of the immune system constituted in the way is especially based on collaboration of human T and B lymphocytes and dendritic cells. The animal model in accordance with the present invention has long stability and is suitable for diagnosis objective, research, exploitation and detection treatment, or is suitable for exploitation of product, for example, human antibody production. |
